In
December 2002 I was involved in a motor vehicle accident that resulted
in brain scarring, leaving me unable to focus on any goals, and
totally broke by December 2003.
Realising that I was unable to motivate myself to take action, I
started researching and studying literature on the human brain.
The
knowledge gained from understanding the functions and roles of the
various parts of the brain (Brain Profiling) and how the brain is
‘programmed’ enabled me to not only recover, but to
exceed my previous levels of motivation and achievement.
I have used the principles to prepare for 500km Adventure Races
and to regain my target weight (Losing 10kg in 3 months) in the
process.
Besides
being more successful, I now have more energy and an excited outlook
on my life. |
